orders are custom. Please allow 5-10 business days BEFORE they
ship. We will notify you if an item is out of stock and it
may take longer.
Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for
MicroCotton Towels. If you need it sooner, please note
that in the comments section when you check out and/or
send us a separate e-mail. We will try our best to accomodate
you.
If you select UPS 2-day or 3-day
select, be advised that it will only ship faster.
Most often, we are unable fulfill and ship orders the
same day they are received. If you need a RUSH order, e-mail
us and we will do everything we can to assist you.

We want you to love your order. If you
are not satisfied due to production error or if merchandise
is damaged, we will issue a refund or exchange within 14
days of reciept.

ABOUT
YOUR ITEM: |
We use a backing on all
embroidered items. Most often we use a tear-away backing
which sometimes leaves remnants. This just peels off or it
will come off in the wash.
You may also sometimes notice a shiny plastic-looking
material on some items (usually microchenille blankets or
towels). This is soluable and will also disappear in the
wash.

APPAREL: |
If unsure of sizing, estimate up. Once
an item is embroidered, It cannot be returned due to incorrect
sizing. Dimensions are provided as much as possible. If you
need more clarification, please e-mail us.

- We accept VISA or MASTERCARD. 9% sales tax applies to Illinois
residents only.

CHANGES
OR CANCELLATIONS: |
- We will try to accomodate changes or cancellations if notified
before we go into production. No changes or cancellations
can be made once an item is embroidered.
